How long is the set up and pack up the following day?

Set up can take between 20minutes-2.5 hours depending on how many children are in your party

I would like to book more than 10 children?

No problem, please contact us normally to book, we will then send your invoice to your preferred email address

Do you take a deposit?

Yes we require a non-refundable deposit of £30 upon booking your party to secure your party date. Your deposit is deducted from your final remaining balance.

How long do I have to pay my outstanding balance?

Your final outstanding balance must be paid at least by the Monday prior to arrival Unfortunately if we do not receive your outstanding balance in time detailed in our Booking Process, Refunds and Cancellations Page you will loose your deposit paid and loose your booking date.

What methods of payment do you take?

Payments can be made via BACS or Paypal

Do all food and drink supplied adhere to Food Standards Regulations UK?

Yes all food and drink consumables are retail purchased to which adhere to all UK food standard regulations, we also hold a Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate awarded by City & Guilds

Are you DBS checked?

Yes all staff hold an up to date enhanced DBS and also active on the update service
