How much room do I need per Traditional 4 Pole?
You will need approximately 1.8m x 1.2m per tepee, we will always assist in fitting in our tepee's the best possible way which works in the room you have chosen
How much room do I need per Space-Saver Den?
You will need approximately 1.8m length by 90cm wide
How long is the set up and pack up the following day?
Set up can take between 1.5-2.5 hours depending on how many children are in your party
I would like to book more than 10 children?
No problem, please contact us normally to book, we will then send your invoice to your preferred email address
Do you take a deposit?
Yes we require a non-refundable deposit upon booking your party to secure your party date. Your deposit is deducted from your final remaining balance.
How long do I have to pay my outstanding balance?
Your final outstanding balance must be paid at least 14 days before your booked Set-Up date. Unfortunately if we do not receive your outstanding balance in time detailed in our Booking Process, Refunds and Cancellations Page you will loose your deposit paid and loose your booking date.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept most major credit, debit cards online, we accept Paypal and Cheque
Are payments secure online?
Yes we use World pay which is one of the safest methods for online payments, We also use PayPal which again is one of the safest online payment platforms

Do all food and drink supplied adhere to Food Standards Regulations UK?
Yes all food and drink consumables are retail purchased to which adhere to all UK food standard regulations, we also hold a Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate awarded by City & Guilds
Do we get to keep any memento's?
Yes, depending on the package you have chosen you get to keep;
Slipper socks/cotton socks, all left over food, drink and sweets, mini themed plush toy, all contents of the toiletries gift box and all the activities provided
